We have specialized in apartment financing for the past nine years. As apartment owners ourselves, we understand the needs of our clients.

Our apartment loans fall into 2 different categories. Our small loan category is for 5 plus unit buildings in the $400,000 to $5 million loan amount. Our large loan programs are for buildings over $5 million dollar mortgage amounts.
